Description

This session takes a critical look at how school psychologists are already using artificial intelligence (AI)—from report writing and recommendation creation, to time-saving tools that assist with documentation and communication. Drawing on recent survey data and recommendations from NASP’s Artificial Intelligence Task Force, we’ll review where AI appears useful, where it creates new risks, and what professional safeguards are emerging. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what’s happening in the field now and how to make informed, ethical decisions as AI tools continue to evolve.
